Easy Directions
The nursery is well signed on the A12 with brown tourist signs.
From Woodbridge direction, pass through the village of Farnham, go up the hill along 400m of straight and turn left into Park Rd.
From Yoxford, travel in Ipswich direction. As you pass the A1094 left turn lookout for the right turn signs ‘The Walled Garden’ and shortly make a right turn into Park Rd.
The nursery is ½ mile exactly from the A12. Look for the deer fencing and then the sign.
HGVs. Note entry into the nursery can only be made from Park Rd.
Directions for small vehicles travelling from the direction of Lowestoft
Travel down the A12 towards Ipswich. With Saxmundham on your east side, pass the staggered cross roads where the B 1119 crosses (to Rendham, Framlingham & Saxmundham) .
As soon as you see 50mph signs and the start of the dual carriageway, prepare to make a right turn, signed Benhall Church.
Turn right. The slip road is short.
This takes you into Mitford Road.
At the end of Mitford Road, turn left.
The nursery is 400 yds on your left.
The left turn into the nursery drive is unsuitable for HGVs.
Directions from Saxmundham. Take the old A12 in the direction of Ipswich. Where the road meets the A12, turn right and in 75yds, turn left (signed Benhall Church). Then as above.
From Framlingham On the B1119 and aiming for Saxmundham, pass through Rendham. Continue up the hill and past a very sharp right hand bend on which there is a left turn. At the next sharp left bend, turn right into Deadmans Lane. Carry on until you see the nursery on your left.
Best used in conjunction with a map but you avoid the A12.
